Discipline from Inward Raw Material Verification to Hydrostatic & Helium Testing
At Aircon Cooling Coils, quality is not a checklist item at the end of the line—it is embedded into every manufacturing step. Our Quality Assurance (QA) engineers monitor material chemistry, wall thicknesses, fin collar heights, and welding parameters at defined hold points.
Every coil and pressure vessel leaving our factory floor is 100% physically tested under high pressure to ensure zero field failures, protecting your critical installations and avoiding costly refrigerant loss.
From ingot to dispatch, each product carries complete material traceability and inspection records.
Every coil copper tube, stainless steel plate, and aluminum foil batch is verified against manufacturer Mill Test Certificates (MTC EN 10204 3.1). Wall thickness, tensile strength, and chemical composition are verified before fabrication begins.
Mechanical bullet expansion creates a continuous interference fit between tube and fin collar. Random sample destructive pull-out tests ensure minimum contact pressure of 120 kg/cm², guaranteeing long-term thermodynamic efficiency.
Brazing is performed under continuous internal dry nitrogen purging to prevent internal copper oxide flaking. All braze operators are qualified under ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX.
The coil is pressurized with dry nitrogen up to 450 PSI (32 Bar) and completely submerged in an illuminated clear water tank for a minimum of 15 minutes. High-intensity under-tank lighting detects micro-bubbles instantly across return bends and header joints.
For precision refrigeration and hazardous fluid applications, coils undergo vacuum helium sniffing down to 1×10⁻⁶ mbar·l/s. After final QA sign-off, coils are dehydrated, charged with 15 PSI dry nitrogen holding pressure, and fitted with tamper-evident sealed shipping caps.
Our equipment is built to recognized national and international engineering codes.
